Shimabukuro, Endo and Yoshizaki Inc., doing business as SEY Engineers,* Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for various civil engineering projects and related projects at various locations under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of operations (AO). The work to be performed provides for the replacement of a 12-inch waterline near O’Malley Gate, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, is $15,000,000. Work will be performed within the NAVFAC Hawaii AO, to include Hawaii (100%), and is expected to be completed by September 2027. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $619,051 will be obligated at time of award, and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
