AAI Unit To Provide ABE Systems For RAN Seahawk Helicopters

AAI Test & Training [TXT] this month said it received a $1.6 million award from the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Lakehurst, N.J., to provide ABE systems for the Royal Australian Navy's MH-60R Seahawk helicopters. Deliveries are expected to take place throughout 2014. ABE is a gyro-stabilized, electro-optical angular measurement system designed to align systems on any land, sea or air vehicle before mission execution, a company statement said.
