Acclaim Technical Services (ATS), which provides services to the intelligence community (IC), this week said it has acquired Alder Technology Corp., a provider of network engineering and security, and data management services and solutions for national security customers.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Both companies are based in Northern Virginia.
ATS said the acquisition “cements” its position as a “middle market company in the core IC landscape.”
With the addition of Alder, which is a small company, ATS now has nearly 600 employees.
“We have worked alongside the Alder team for years and have been impressed with the quality of personnel and solutions they bring to our collective customers’ hardest missions,” Dave Cerne, CEO of ATS, said in a statement. “We are thrilled to add them to the ATS family, enabling us to further support our customers’ needs, particularly around secure computing and network operations.”
ATS provides technology, intelligence, operational, training, and language services to its customers.
