AEI Portfolio Company FireTeam Solutions Acquires Case Consulting

Intelligence community services provider FireTeam Solutions this week acquired another software company that does business with the intelligence community, Case Consulting, expanding its capabilities and broadening its reach. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. FireTeam is a portfolio company of the private equity firm AE Industrial Partners (AEI).
