Air Force Issues BAA for Cyber Offensive Technology

The Air Force has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) under the Dominant Cyber Offensive Engagement and Support Technology program seeking white papers for various scientific studies and experiments. Solutions include high risk, high payoff capabilities for gaining access to any remotely located open or closed computer information systems to enable full control of a network for the purposes of information gathering and effects based operations.
