The Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has issued a pre-solicitation and Advisory Multi-Step notice seeking information from prospective offerors to allow the INSCOM G3 Biometrics Division to review and assess the likelihood of each respondent’s ability to provide the services and supplies needed to fulfill the Identity Intelligence (I2) Biometrics requirements. Based on the assessments, firms will be notified as to whether they are considered viable competitors for the I2 Biometrics contract. Still, even if a respondent is not considered to be a viable competitor, that firm may still participate in the acquisition. Sol. No. BIOMETRICS. Respond by May 14.
