The Army Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense has issued a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking industry comments, questions and strategy for the Joint Biological Standoff Detection System Phase 2 (JBSDS2) technology development. This anticipated requirement is for the research and development of prototype development and fabrication contractor testing and support of government testing, and delivery of draft technical data for the continued development of JBSDS2.
