ASRC Federal Completes Acquisition Of SAIC’s Logistics And Supply Chain Business

ASRC Federal on Monday said it has completed its $350 million acquisition of the logistics and supply chain management business of Science Applications International Corp. [SAIC], a deal that adds 240 employees. For ASRC Federal, a subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corp., the acquisition complements its military base operations support work that provides procurement, logistics and warehousing services throughout the U.S. ASRC’s new logistics and supply chain management business has been serving the Defense Logistics Agency for more than 40…
