ASRC Federal Completes Acquisition Of SAIC’s Logistics And Supply Chain Business

ASRC Federal on Monday said it has completed its $350 million acquisition of the logistics and supply chain management business of Science Applications International Corp. [SAIC], a deal that adds 240 employees.
