BAE Systems said this week it has completed its acquisition of MTC Technologies in a $450 million deal that expands BAE's business in the United States as well as its worldwide services business. United Kingdom-based BAE said the acquisition will expand its capabilities in the areas of readiness and sustainment. MTC's customers are largely within the U.S. Air Force and Army. MTC is now part of BAE's Customer Solutions operating group, based in Northern Virginia.
