The company also said that Cathy Ferrie will become senior vice president, Engineering, and that Matt Hasik will serve as senior vice president, Commercial Programs. Ferrie and Hasik will succeed Jeff Lowinger, executive vice president, Engineering and Commercial Programs, who is leaving Textron.
Ferrie, a 15-year veteran of Bell Helicopter, most recently was vice president of the company’s Xworx unit and Research, Development, Test and valuation. Hasik previously was the program manager for the V-22 tilt-rotor program.
Bell Helicopter President and CEO John Garrison said the new appointments are a “testament to the efforts we have made in talent development and to our focus on building leader capability.”
