Israeli motion and power systems firm Bental Industries Tuesday said it has signed a new cooperation agreement with France’s ATERMES, via Israael’s Goldtec Technologies, sole distributor for Bental’s products in France and Belgium.
“This cooperation agreement is an important part of our efforts to integrate Bental products on a broader range of platforms and systems worldwide.” Michael Armon, Bental’s vice president for marketing and sales, said in a statement.
The agreement is designed to expand sales of Bental’s products globally, by enabling ATERMES to sell products including the MicroBAT stabilized payload system in additional international markets. MicroBAT is a small and lightweight stabilized payload system specifically designed to meet the complex challenges presented by surveillance, reconnaissance, and observation mission requirements onboard mini and micro UAV platforms.
Under this agreement, ATERMES will also be able to expand its sales of Bental products such as stabilized gimbal systems, a variety of purpose-made sophisticated motors, generators, electronic drives, controllers, and others.
ATERMES designs, develops, and produces high tech electronics as well as computer hardware and software for military, aerospace and civilian industries.
