Boeing Completes Acquisition of Narus

Boeing [BA] last week said it has completed its purchase of the cybersecurity firm Narus, which provides real-time network traffic and analytics software. Narus, which will report to Boeing's Network and Space Systems business, has a global presence in cybersecurity, with about half of its 150 employees in India. Narus is based in California.
