TSA Soliciting for Medium Speed EDS The Transportation Security Administration has released a solicitation to procure medium-speed explosive detection systems (MSEDS) and related items and support over a potential eight-year period. The planned award has a base year and seven one-year options. TSA says it plans to acquire up to 23 MSEDS for installation at 10 airports in the U.S. and its territories.
