CACI International [CACI] last week completed its acquisition of the information technology solutions firm Paradigm Holdings, disclosing that it paid $61.5 million for the small publicly traded company. Paradigm provides CACI additional capabilities in cyber security, such as network security monitoring, designing and upgrading data centers, and managing security and network operations centers.
