CACI To Acquire Firm Specializing In Imagery And Geospatial Services

CACI International [CAI] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire TechniGraphics Inc., a 450-person company specializing in imager and geospatial services to the intelligence community and other customers. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close on Nov. 1, were not disclosed. TechniGraphics, which is based in Ohio, is expected to have $46 million in sales this year. CACI said the deal would be "solidly accretive" to earnings during its first year. The pending acquisition fits with CACI's strategy…
