CACI International yesterday said it has won a contract for the development and modernization the mission systems for the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security.

If all four annual options on the contract are exercised, the deal could reach value of $54 million, the company said.

CACI said it will be responsible for case management software applications, and systems for real-time situation reporting and global security monitoring. CACI said it will be integrating previous stovepiped systems to increase collaboration and provide more effective information resource management, faster data reporting, and a more holistic picture of data.
