Call Center Support for Secure Flight

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a pre-solicitation notice for call center customer support agents for the Secure Flight program office. The Secure Flight program plans to create a Secure Flight Resolution Center (SFRC) to perform advanced threat assessments of travelers scheduled to fly, and resolve related, open traveler assessment issues at check-in.
