CBP to Order Explosives Detectors from American Innovations

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) says it plans to negotiate a sole-source contract with the small firm American Innovations, Inc., for portable explosives detectors to supplement existing weapons of mass destruction equipment. The detectors will be used by CBP officers in the field to detect explosives materials.
