Britain’s Cobham plc recently said it has secured commitments for more than 90 percent of the shares in the Danish satellite communications firm Thrane & Thrane, putting it on a path to own the entire company. Earlier, Cobham extended its offer for the remaining shares in Thrane & Thrane that it did not already own.
