Constellis Holdings on Friday said it has completed its acquisition of Centerra Group, adding breadth and scale to the safety and risk management company.Constellis said the acquisition “significantly enhances” its U.S. presence and strengthens its relationships with key customers, including the U.S. Department of Energy and the United Nations.
