Alutiiq Solutions LLC, Anchorage, Alaska, is awarded a firm-fixed-price contract with a maximum potential value of $14,267,232. This contract provides the I Expeditionary Operations Training Group (I EOTG) with training in select special skills, and both conducts and evaluates collective training in order to prepare the I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs), Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Forces (SPMAGTFs), combat advisors, and other designated deploying forces to support geographic combatant commands. Due to personnel shortages, I EOTG currently utilizes contractor personnel to provide the specialized training need to deploying forces such as Maritime Raid Force training, sniper training, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) training in order to prepare the I MEF MEUs, SPMAGTFs, combat advisors, and other designated deploying forces to support geographic combatant commands. Work will be performed at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, with an expected completion date of Jan. 31, 2030. This contract includes four one-year option periods which, if exercised, could bring the cumulative value of this contract to $12,890,274. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance, Marine Corps funds in the amount of 2,436,260 are being obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), with one offer received.
