Bell Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is awarded a $10,596,485 modification (P00004) to a cost-plus-fixed fee, level of effort order (N0001924F0085) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001922G0002). This modification exercises the option and increases ceiling to procure continued maintenance, logistics, and program management support to meet retrofit requirements for organizational, intermediate, and depot level repair efforts in support of the V-22 Osprey for the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (16.7%); Jacksonville, North Carolina (16.7%); Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii (16.7%); Hurlburt Field, Florida (16.7%); Ridley Park, Pennsylvania (16.6%); Fort Worth, Texas (16.6%), and is expected to be completed in November 2025. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $8,496,485; and fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $2,100,000 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
