CeLeen LLC, doing business as WWC Federal, Perryville, Missouri, has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with firm-fixed-price line items and an estimated face value of $18,400,000 for business process reengineering support for the Joint Transportation Management System Program to ensure “As-is” models are reviewed, analyzed, and reengineered to support a commercial Enterprise Resource Planning solution. The locations of performance are Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, and the contractor’s facilities. Work is expected to be completed by July 6, 2028. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and one offer was received. Research, development, test and evaluation funds will be obligated at the individual task order level.
