Cobham Advanced Electronics Solutions by Honeywell, Lansdale, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $29,902,843 modification (P00005) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N0001923C0038). This modification exercises an option to procure 22 AN/ALQ-99 Low Band Consolidation (LBC) transmitter modifications, to include 6 LBC modifications for the Navy and 16 LBC modifications for the government of Australia, in support of EA-18G Growler upgrades. Work will be performed in Lansdale, Pennsylvania (38%); Patterson, New York (17%); Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (7%); Woburn, Massachusetts (5%); Lancaster, Pennsylvania (4%); Haverhill, Maine (4%); Purchase, New York (3%); Ventura, California (2%); and Shelton, Connecticut (1%), and is expected to be completed in May 2027. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,752,407; and Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $19,152,092 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
