Collins Elbit Vision Systems LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $16,801,972 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract that provides development, engineering, logistics, and test support for the Improved Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System. Additionally, this contract provides for the delivery of six helmet mounted displays, 21 mass models, six spare visors, three cockpit units, two aircraft kits, and helmet mounted display support equipment. Work will be performed in Haifa, Israel (30%); Wilsonville, Oregon (25%); Merrimack, New Hampshire (25%); Cedar Rapids, Iowa (10%); and Fort Worth, Texas (10%), and is expected to be completed in July 2025. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,687,039 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
