Cornerstone Construction Services LLC, Woburn, Massachusetts (FA2835-19-D-0007); Maron Construction Co. Inc., Providence, Rhode Island (FA2835-19-D-0008); and Tantara Corp., Worcester, Massachusetts (FA2835-19-D-0009), have been awarded a $15,000,000 modification (P00003) to previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts. The modification provides for the management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and architectural engineering services as required. Work will be performed at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, Massachusetts; Hamilton, Massachusetts; Humarock, Massachusetts; Sagamore, Massachusetts; and New Boston, New Hampshire, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2024. Out-of-scope modifications bring the total contract ceiling value to $35,000,000. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.
