Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Newington, New Hampshire; and Eliot, Maine, with an estimated completion date of April 1, 2022. Fiscal 2021 Corps of Engineers civil construction; non-federal improvement; contributed funds for the beneficial use of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation; and operation and maintenance, Corps of Engineers funds in the amount of $25,638,900 were obligated at the time of the award.
