Hamilton Sundstrand (a business unit of Collins Aerospace), Windsor Locks, Connecticut, was awarded an $8,092,906 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for an enhanced power and cooling system. This contract provides for the maturation of cooling capacity technologies. Work will be performed at Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 15, 2026.
