JJEX Construction JV LLC, Austin, Texas (FA557522D0001); Eiffage Infraestructuras S.A., Dos Hermanas, Spain (FA557522D0002); Sociedad Española De Montajes Industriales S.A., Jerez de la Frontera, Spain (FA557522D0003); and Elecnor Infraestructuras S.A., Alcalá de Guadaira, Spain (FA557522D0004), have been awarded a $45,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract. This contract provides for a broad range of design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation and minor construction projects to include residential and commercial work for Morón Air Base, Spain. Work will be performed at Morón Air Base, Spain, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 15, 2026. This contract is the result of a competitive acquisition and eight offers were received. Fiscal 2020 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $500 are being obligated for each awardee at the time of the award. The 496th Air Base Squadron, Contracting Flight, Morón Air Base, Spain, is the contracting activity.
