L3 Technologies, Communication Systems – West, Salt Lake City, Utah, is awarded a $16,035,924 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, and cost-only contract to develop, test, manufacture, deliver, manage, and support the AN/SRQ-4 Radio Terminal Set (RTS) Common Data Link (CDL) Hawklink on surface combatants.
