L3Harris Technologies Inc., Amityville, New York, is awarded a $14,298,819 firm-fixed-price modification (P00008) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0056). This modification adds scope for the production and delivery of 17 BRU-75A and BRU-76A Bomb Rack Unit ship sets (nine for the Navy, five for the Government of Germany, two for the Commonwealth of Australia, and one for the Republic of Korea) for the P-8A Lots 12-13 aircraft. Work will be performed in Amityville, New York, and is expected to be completed in May 2026. Fiscal 2021 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,569,963; Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $5,046,642; and Foreign Cooperative Project funds in the amount of $1,682,214 will be obligated at the time of award, $7,569,963 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
