Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $382,125,578 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00005) to a previously awarded indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract (N0001921D0001). This modification exercises options to procure initial spares in support of F-35 Lightning II Lot 17 deliveries. Additionally, this modification procures the global spares pool and afloat spares package/deployment spares packages for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Foreign Military Sales customers, and non-U.S. Department of Defense participants. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in December 2028. No funds are being obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
