Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Florida, is awarded a $15,055,417 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001923F0030) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001919G0029). This order provides for non-recurring engineering for the design, development, and fabrication of the Infrared Search and Track (IRST) Block II Integrated Detector Assembly (IDA) obsolescence redesign. Additionally, this order procures material to build three of the redesigned IDAs in support of the F/A-18 IRST program. Work will be performed in Santa Barbara, California (51.3%); Orlando, Florida (48.2%); and Ocala, Florida (0.5%), and is expected to be completed in October 2024. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,055,417 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
