Lockheed Martin Corp., Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $70,118,939 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-18-C-5103 to exercise Option Year Three in support of Aegis development test sites operation and maintenance. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by June 2022. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. government (66%) and the government of Japan (5%); and the Commonwealth of Australia (4%); South Korea (3%); and Spain (1%), under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Fiscal 2014 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) (36%) funds in the amount of $6,339,622; FMS Japan (26%) funds in the amount of $4,499,012; 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) (20%) funds in the amount of $3,584,901; 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) (5%) funds in the amount of $884,395; 2021 operation and maintenance (MDA) (4%) funds in the amount of $712,558; FMS Australia (4%) funds in the amount of $666,854; FMS South Korea (3%) funds in the amount of $507,474; 2021; other procurement (Navy) (1%) funds in the amount of $139,515; and FMS Spain (1%) funds in the amount of $3,934, will be obligated at time of award.
