These contracts procure various types of commercial plant and lab equipment for research and development labs, to include analytical and diagnostic equipment, work-holding devices, and peripheral equipment for conventional, explosion-proof, and computer numerically controlled equipment, as well as provides maintenance, repair, training, and calibration services for the equipment. The estimated aggregate ceiling for all contracts is $49,000,000, with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders. Work will be performed in Bixby, Oklahoma (33.4%); Mathews, Virginia (33.3%); and Yucaipa, California (33.3%). Percentages are estimates, as work performed at each location is not known until award of individual orders. Work is expected to be completed in August 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. These contracts were competitively procured as a small business set-aside via an electronic request for proposal, three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity.
