Ellis Construction Co.,* Independence, Missouri (W912DQ-21-D-1002); and ESI Contracting Corp.,* Kansas City, Missouri (W912DQ-21-D-1003) will compete for each order of the $99,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for support of the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program (BSNP) for the Missouri River. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 28, 2026. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City, Missouri, is the contracting activity.
