North Point Defense, Rome, New York, has been awarded a $9,829,387 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to develop highly flexible software-based applications to perform real-time digital signal processing of complex radio waveforms. The software solutions will enable processing of existing and future communication signals without the need for changes to the competed software by providing a dynamic processing flow based on user-defined input parameters. Work will primarily be performed in Rome, New York, and is expected to be completed by June 14, 2024. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with two offers received. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $745,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
