Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is awarded a $7,874,459 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001922F0014) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0005). This order provides the necessary repair, support, calibration, and repackaging necessary to restore the AN/AAQ-24 Department of Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (DoN LAIRCM) test weapons replaceable assemblies and shop replaceable assemblies to fully operational condition. In addition, this effort procures aircraft characterization modules in support of ongoing aircraft modifications and configuration upgrades for the Army, Navy, Air Force and the government of Australia. Work will be performed in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and is expected to be completed in May 2024. Fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,166,196; fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $786,420; fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $35,392; fiscal 2021 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $3,322,728; fiscal 2021 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $394,382; fiscal 2021 aircraft procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $158,723; fiscal 2020 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,078; and Foreign Cooperative Project funds in the amount of $3,539 will be obligated at the time of award, $42,470 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
