Contract Award: Pond-Baker JV (Norcross, Georgia) – $15,000,000

Pond-Baker JV, Norcross, Georgia, is awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification under previously-awarded, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract N40080-22-D-0001 to exercise Option 1 for multi-discipline architectural-engineering and design services for industrial and research facilities primarily in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington area of responsibility (AOR). Award of this option brings the total cumulative contract value to $30,000,000. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed at various administrative facilities including, but not limited to, the NAVFAC Washington AOR and is expected to be completed by May 2024. No funds will be obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued and will be primarily funded by fiscal 2023 military construction (Navy) and fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds.
