Contract Award: Raytheon Intelligence and Space (Indianapolis, Indiana) – $34,196,644

Raytheon Intelligence and Space, Indianapolis, Indiana, is awarded a $34,196,644 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001923F0081) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0007). This order provides for engineering, development, management, technical, and acquisition support for the development and integration of the ethernet expansion devices and the platform data server in support of integration of the MV-22 Helmet Mounted Display/Degraded Visual Environment program aboard V-22, and establish a baseline for a common software interface for integration of future capabilities on all V-22 platforms. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana (75%); and El Segundo, California (25%), and is expected to be completed in July 2027. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,951,010 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
