Raytheon Missile & Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded an $8,495,629 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-22-C-5415) to exercise options for maintenance and recertifications in support of the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile and NATO SeaSparrow Missile Systems programs. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (94%); and the governments of the United Arab Emirates (4%), and Thailand (less than 1%), under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Mississauga, Canada (44%); Tucson, Arizona (41%); Ottobrunn, Germany (8%); Hopkinton, Massachusetts (2%); Burlington, Massachusetts (2%); Valencia, Canada (1%); and various other locations each less than 1% (2%), and is expected to be completed by December 2025. Fiscal 2025 other customer funds in the amount of $3,064,028 (36%); fiscal 2022 other customer funds in the amount of $2,500,000 (29%); fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,676,037 (20%); fiscal 2024 other customer funds in the amount of $921,645 (11%); FMS (United Arab Emirates) funds in the amount of $333,919 (4%); and FMS (Thailand) funds in the amount of $2,000 (less than 1%), will be obligated at time of award, of which $1,676,037 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
