Reid Middleton,* Everett, Washington, is awarded a $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for civil and structural architecture-engineering services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of operations. Work will be performed in Washington state (75%); Alaska (22%); Oregon (1%); Idaho (1%); and Montana (1%), and may also include other areas of the U.S., and worldwide. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months and is expected to be complete by January 2027. Fiscal 2021 military construction (Navy) design contract funds in the amount of $1,000 for the minimum guarantee are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance (Navy); and military construction (Navy).
