Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded an $18,437,889 modification (P00018) to a previously awarded fixed-price incentive (firm-target), firm-fixed-price contract (N0001920C0047). This modification definitizes a previously awarded change order modification (P00009) and adds scope to provide logistics and airworthiness support for CH-53K Heavy Lift aircraft configuration changes for the government of Israel. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed in February 2026. Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $18,437,889 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
