The Boeing Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a program ceiling of $37,500,000 for sustainment and engineering services and support for recurring and non-recurring activities relating to the E-3F Airborne Warning and Control System French Republic mid-life upgrade modification. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by July 16, 2027. This contract supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the French Republic. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. FMS French Republic case funds in the amount of $1,522,705 are obligated at the time of award for the first task order.
