The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded an $8,460,885 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification (P00024) to a previously awarded contract (N0001918C1022). This modification increases the ceiling of the contract and continues design, development, integration and test efforts in support of the Infrared Search and Track System (IRST) Block II, Phase II engineering change as a replacement to the IRST Block I system on the F/A-18E/F aircraft. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed in December 2023. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $8,460,885 will be obligated at the time of award, $8,460,885 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
