A federal judge ruled Tuesday that NASA may proceed with the performance of its Commercial Crew Transportation Capability (CCtCap) contract awards to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) and Boeing [BA] while a government watchdog considers a bid protest by Sierra Nevada Corp. (SNC).
