Crowdstrike and Switzerland-based Kudelski Security formed a global partnership to offer new cybersecurity offerings, the companies said Monday.
Under the agreement Kudelski is joining the Crowdstrike Elevate Partner Program and combining its offerings with Crowdstrike’s endpoint protection platform, threat intelligence, and response services. Kudelski will also build teams for sales efforts, integration and deployment management, and end-to-end support and training. Both companies plan to conduct joint marketing activities, beginning with an Oct. 13th webinar.
Kudelski provides advisory services in the areas of strategy and governance; threat, vulnerability, and risk management; incident response and cyber resilience; and strategic cyber staffing. Crowdstike provides more direct cyber defense products.
The partnership will also have Kudelski resell Crowdstrike Falcon Platform products, including Falcon Host (endpoint protection), Falcon Overwatch (managed threat hunting), and Falcon Intelligence (providing cyber threat intelligence).
Both companies will also explore additional ways to leverage their technology and services to introduce new market offerings, they said. Crowdstikr and Kudelski highlighted the “particularly strong synergy” between Falcon Intelligence and Kudelski Security’s Cyber Fusion Center (CFC).
“Our teams will be deeply immersed in the technology and able to facilitate all aspects of sales and support for our clients. We view this as more than a reseller agreement; our organizations are driven to introduce next-gen advancements that keep customers a step ahead of ‘the bad guys,’” Andrew Howard, chief technology officer (CTO) at Kudelski Security, said in a statement.
Jointly we have many complementary capabilities, and extensive global resources, which will also enable us to expand and rapidly bring new offerings to market,” he added.
“With our shared focus in critical areas such as R&D and engineering, we are strategically well-positioned to innovate and deliver game-changing solutions, while continuing to set the industry standard for endpoint security,” Upesh Patel, vice president of business and corporate development for CrowdStrike, said.
