Cubic Corp. [CUB] yesterday named Dave Schmitz as the president of its Cubic Defense Applications division, succeeding Brad Feldman who has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of the corporation.
Schmitz previously was vice president and general manager of Cobham Sensor Systems, which provides technology applications supporting military platforms and systems.
“As president of CDA, Dave brings a solid track record of experience in defense systems,” Feldman said in a statement. “His extensive experience and leadership skills make Dave well-suited to help grow CDA’s efforts globally.”
