DHS Awards CACI Potential $450M for Integrated Management

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded CACI International [CACI] a potential 10-year, $450 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to provide integrated financial management, asset management and acquisition management with the accompanying program management, transformational change management and integration services to implement the solution. The Transformation and Systems Consolidation contract has a five-year base period and five one-year options and represents new business for CACI.
