The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to ascertain the capabilities of small businesses to provide system implementation and services support for the Performance Accountability and Standards System (PASS), which is the annual proficiency review that the Transportation Security Administration does of its security officer workforce.
